Botzilla Industries may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

3. SMS & Messaging Compliance

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your phone number through any Botzilla Industries form, scheduling page, or associated platform, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages related to:

Appointment confirmations

Scheduling reminders

Account notifications

Service-related communications

Support responses

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies.

3.2 Opt-In Methods

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.

3.6 Client Messaging Responsibility

If you are a client using messaging systems configured by Botzilla Industries, you agree:

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers

You will comply with TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable laws

You will not send unsolicited or unlawful messages

Botzilla Industries is not responsible for client-generated messaging content.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We:

Do not sell personal data

Do not share mobile numbers for third-party marketing

Use secure third-party infrastructure providers

Implement commercially reasonable safeguards

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Fees & Billing

Fees and payment terms are defined in separate agreements.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, workflows, templates, AI configurations, branding elements, and automation frameworks remain the property of Botzilla Industries.

Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables during active service engagement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Botzilla Industries makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

Fitness for a particular purpose

Uninterrupted service

Guaranteed marketing performance

Revenue outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Botzilla Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botzilla Industries from claims arising out of:

Your violation of laws

Improper messaging practices

Failure to obtain required consent

Content sent through configured systems

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for:

Violation of these Terms

Illegal activity

Messaging abuse

Non-payment

Risk to carrier compliance

11. Age Restriction

The Services provided by Botzilla Industries are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By accessing or using our website or Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old; and

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, you may not use our Services or submit any personal information to us.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

Botzilla Industries reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe a user is under the age of 18.
